Ten maintenance points of CNC grinding machine

1. The electrical equipment of the CNC grinder should be kept clean frequently, and the electrical equipment of the grinder should be waterproof, oil-proof and dust-proof.

2. When the CNC grinder has a short circuit to blow the fuse, the fuse of the same capacity should be replaced, and the copper wire should not be replaced.

3. CNC grinding machine motor bearings should be clear once every six months, in the cleaning of bearings should use oil or light diesel oil. After cleaning the bearing, use clean lubricating oil for lubrication.

4. CNC grinding machine using transformer oil cooling motor and electrical equipment should regularly check the oil water content or some insulation strength, if less than 10kv/mm, should replace the clean and dry transformer oil,

5. The motor and electrical equipment are parked for too long (usually more than one month) in the humid season, and then when they are used again, the insulation of the motor should be reviewed, and after dehumidification treatment, it can be fully loaded.

Dehumidification treatment method: reduce the voltage to the 1/3 of the rated voltage, and run the motor for 48 hours to gradually remove moisture.
